I was looking at my old weeks in trainingpeaks, and seeing that I max out around 12 or 13 hours week.
So here's the thing: If I spent that much time at the dojo, or practicing piano, or guitar or something else that was learning a skill, rather than just bumping my VO2/FTP, how far would I get in those things, as opposed to something that will fade in a few months if left untended...
