So since I decided that sanity was more important than long-course triathlon, and re-jigged my schedule accordingly, I've had a couple interesting results...
Bike CP is now up at 250Watts (up from 215 at the start of the season), and my run has gotten faster (6 x 1 mile repeats at 6:20).
My last(?) event this season is coming up in a week and a half, so I'm working on logging a bunch of meters this week and next (season pass to Moses springer). I figure if I can put in 10k / week (4 lunchtime swims) that will give me a little boost to get back to where I was in the pool at the end of the winter.
